We believe in creating beautiful spaces that still allow you the practical room to enjoy your day and dance the night away, and creating timelines that will leave you space without waiting for the next part of your day!

It’s not always about a never ending budget. But focusing on what’s important to you both as a couple and creating a plan and a package to achieve that.

Whilst we have listed ‘packages’ below, this is just a guide. Pick and choose what works best for you and come chat with us to work out the best step forward together.

The Sparkler.

The final light to your already built out plans.

  • You plan and book everything

  • 1 month before we have a virtual meeting to arrange your day plans.

  • On the day we are there 3 hours prior to the wedding until first dance.

  • We light the candles, set the scene & run your timeline to a T.

The Side Kick - Our favourite way to work together

Mixing expert advice and support with collaboration.

  • Everything mentioned above in ‘Sparkler’ - but you have our support throughout planning.

  • We really get to know you, offering our knowledge whilst allowing you to be in full control.

  • You work with your suppliers directly, building that important relationship but have us there for all those ‘silly’ questions, as an experienced friend to offer unbiased advise & support when things get a little more stressful at any point from booking us.

  • Access to the client WhatsApp group with many past and all our present couples. Your biggest cheerleaders and celebrators.

  • Zoom meetings as needed & a venue walkthrough ahead of the wedding day.

  • Access to our planning sheets, budget & payment trackers, guest management spreadsheets and my very important ‘Everything list’ which guides you through every possible ‘thing’ you might need for your wedding. An absolute dream checklist!

  • Supplier recommendations & timeline creation.

  • Check in with all suppliers & orders ahead of the wedding.

  • AND attendance for set up day the day before (where possible) and attendance for the entire wedding day to pack down at the end of the evening or following day to give you total peace of mind and a lie in the following morning!

From pre wedding events to pack down.

The looks & logistics.

Full wedding planning from the moment you come on board. Whether this is at venue sourcing or part way through your journey.

Package tailored to your needs and stage in wedding planning.

Can include:

  • Venue sourcing

  • Supplier sourcing & management

  • Designing & styling Website creation

  • RSVP management

  • Timeline & Table planning creation

  • Wedding day set up and coordination through to pack down

  • Continuous support throughout planning

  • Planning a micro or elopement wedding? Rates start at £2500 for support and collaborative planning options for that stress free wedding dream.

  • All packages are bespoke to needs & location so please enquire for an exact price.

  • Rates do not include over night stays or mileage which will be quoted on booked depending on needs & location.

  • Booked at Tall Johns House or Llantilio House? - discounts are always offered for these two venues as I am lucky enough to spend so much time there. Please mention on enquiry for more information.
