English Country Garden Inspired Wedding Day at Treberfydd House, Wales.
Nestled in the heart of the welsh countryside and Brecon Beacons, stands Treberfydd House. A Grade I-listed gothic revival manor. Enveloped by 10 acres of private gardens and enchanting woodlands.
This wedding venue offers an idyllic backdrop for outdoor weddings, celebrations, and retreats. When hiring the exclusive wedding venue you not only get the grounds but ton’s of gorgeous on site accommodation & areas of the Treberfydd Manor House to celebrate your wedding in as well.
This is our dream sort of wedding venue to work out - total freedom to have your wedding day just as you want it!
Recently, we had the pleasure of planning and coordinating a breathtaking English country garden style wedding at this extraordinary location (so lucky to have our 4th visit to Treberfydd House!), and I’m excited to share the story of this unforgettable wedding day.
An outdoor garden wedding ceremony, meal inside a floral dream of a marquee, and dancing the night away with the perfect wedding evening entertainment.
The ceremony was held outdoors under the beautiful stretch tent on the grounds of Treberfydd House. Built by bespoke tents on the manicured lawns, framed by the house and gardens. Watching the couple exchange their heartfelt vows in such a picturesque setting is totally magical and gets to our emotions every time!
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed in canapés, drinks, and live music from Summer Sons, whilst our bride and groom stepped away for a private photo session in the woodland and grounds with Michelle Huggleston.
Guests made their way to a magnificent marquee for the wedding breakfast and evening festivities. The marquee was dressed beautifully, the wild, twisting florals were beautifully wrapped around the posts and draped across the ceiling, creating a stunning visual effect and the perfect English country garden wedding inspiration. Kirsten from Queen of the Meadow worked her stunning floral magic!
The wedding breakfast meal was a feast created by the Strawberry Shortcake - truly incredible, as always! We love working with their wedding day team and seeing their creativity.
The marquee transformed into a lively dance floor, complete with a live band from Music HQ (search Summer Sons Wedding Band), dramatic lighting, and plenty of laughter and fun.
One of the standout elements of this wedding was the array of personal touches Alice, our bride, incorporated into the day. Her creativity and attention to detail added a layer of warmth and individuality to the celebration. Alice designed personalised signs, menus and place names including the favours for each guest. We love to see personal touches when planning and coordinating wedding day for our couples!
It was an honour to bring their vision to life and to witness the happiness and love shared by everyone present. And I am sure you can see just how beautiful the wedding decoration and florals were captured perfectly by Michelle Huggleston Photography throughout the wedding day.
If you’re dreaming of a wedding that combines timeless elegance with breathtaking scenery, this venue is a treasure worth considering. I thrive on creating memorable moments in extraordinary locations. Whether it’s this historic Manor House wedding venue, a woodland wedding, a rustic countryside barn or English country garden setting, I’d love to help you design a day that’s as special as your your story.
Let’s make your wedding day unforgettable! And make sure you take a look through this incredible 2025 wedding inspiration!
